We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our Learning Academy for children. The Lead Teacher will play a key role in shaping our students’ educational experiences by fostering a nurturing, engaging, and creative learning environment. This individual will lead classroom instruction, mentor assistant teachers, and collaborate with families to ensure every child’s academic and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Instruction

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with academy standards.

Use innovative teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and abilities.

Foster creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in all activities.

Family & Community Engagement

Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Build strong partnerships with parents to support children’s holistic development.

Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and community initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Valid teaching license or certification (state-specific requirements).

Minimum 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience (early childhood or elementary preferred).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Passion for working with children and commitment to their growth and success.
